Upload formats, size limits, and reference images
Resolve rejected, stalled, or missing uploads without relying on one limit for every LlamaGen tool.
Time: 5–10 minutes.
There is no single file-size or reference-count limit for every LlamaGen surface. Use the formats and limit shown in the active uploader. Public image tools commonly accept PNG, JPEG, or WebP, while some editors also accept other media types for specific workflows.
If the file is rejected
- Read the message beside the uploader and note the accepted formats, maximum size, dimensions, and reference count.
- Confirm the file has a real extension and opens correctly on your device.
- Export a fresh PNG, JPEG, or WebP copy for an image-only uploader.
- Remove unnecessary metadata and reduce dimensions or quality if the file exceeds the displayed limit.
- Upload one file first. Add other references only after the first upload succeeds.
If the upload stalls
- Keep a local copy of the file.
- Check the service status page.
- Retry once on a stable connection.
- Disable browser extensions that modify uploads or requests for one test.
- If the same file fails in another supported browser, record the file type, byte size, pixel dimensions, uploader URL, time, and exact message.
Reference image count
Reference limits vary by model and tool. When extra files are silently omitted or the control stops accepting files, remove the least important references and keep one clear reference per purpose: character identity, clothing, prop, environment, or style.
Privacy check
Before uploading, remove personal information and confirm that you have permission to use the file. Do not send the original private file to support unless requested through an approved support channel; a redacted screenshot and technical file details are usually enough for the first report.
