Before changing your project, check LlamaGen service status. If a related incident is active, save your project ID and wait for the status page to show recovery before retrying.

Generation and output

• Generation is stuck or failed
• Generation failed but credits were deducted
• Characters look different between panels
• Speech bubbles, text, fonts, and reading order

Account, billing, and uploads

• Purchased credits are missing
• Sign-in method, email verification, and account recovery
• Upload formats, size limits, and reference images
