The LlamaGen status page is the source for current service incidents. Release Notes describe shipped product changes; they are not a live incident feed.

If an incident is active

  1. Open the incident and confirm that it affects the feature you are using.
  2. Keep the project URL, project or artwork ID, and the time the problem started.
  3. Avoid repeated paid retries while the operation status is unknown.
  4. Follow the status page for recovery information.
  5. After recovery, reopen the existing project before starting a duplicate job.

If all systems are operational

Use the article matching the exact symptom:

If the issue is reproducible after those checks, send support the exact message, steps, IDs, timestamps, and environment.

How this Help Center labels known issues

An issue should be described as current only when it points to a live status incident or a dated product notice. Undated warnings and permanent “current issue” callouts become misleading and should not be used.
