Applies to: Public AI toolsPlatform: Desktop web · Mobile web
Time: 3–5 minutes before the first upload.
The selected tool's uploader is the source of truth for accepted formats, dimensions, file size, and file count. Do not apply a limit from one LlamaGen tool to every other tool.
Prepare the image
- Confirm that you have permission to use the file.
- Crop out people, documents, screens, locations, or objects that are not needed.
- Remove private text and metadata when practical.
- For image-only tools, use a standard PNG, JPEG, or WebP file unless the uploader says otherwise.
- Open the file locally to confirm that it is not damaged.
- Read the uploader's current limit before selecting multiple files.
Avoid uploading
- passwords, API keys, payment details, identity documents, or private messages;
- confidential client or company material without approval;
- images of people when you lack the needed consent or rights;
- source material you are not allowed to transform or publish.
If an upload fails
Export a fresh supported copy, reduce the file only to the displayed limit, and retry once. If it still fails, record the tool URL, file type, byte size, pixel dimensions, browser, and exact error. A redacted screenshot is usually safer than sending the original file in the first support message.
