LlamaGen's Privacy Policy is the governing source for how personal data is handled. This Help Center explains safe product use but does not add new retention, deletion, or confidentiality promises.
Before uploading content
- Confirm that you have permission to use the image, script, or reference material.
- Remove unnecessary personal information, private messages, IDs, addresses, and financial or health information.
- Use a cropped or redacted reference when the full source is not needed.
- Do not treat an AI generation workspace as a secure file vault.
Before contacting support
Share the project or artwork ID, not account credentials. Screenshots should exclude passwords, authentication links, payment card details, API keys, and unrelated personal information.

Use the account controls and contact routes described in the Privacy Policy. If the product UI and an older Help article differ, follow the current product UI and policy.
