Credits, models, and generation wait times in public tools
Check the option and displayed cost before generation, then distinguish an active job from a failed job.
There is no single credit cost or wait time for every LlamaGen public tool. The active tool can use a different model, operation, image count, or output size.
Before generating
- Confirm that you are signed in to the intended account.
- Read the model, quality, output count, and credit cost shown beside the action.
- Check that the uploaded inputs and prompt are final enough for the first test.
- Start one job and wait for its state to update before submitting the same action again.
While generation runs
Keep the page or task ID when one is provided. A longer job is not automatically a failure. Check service status before changing browsers, clearing data, or resubmitting.
If the job fails
Record the exact message, tool URL, selected model or option, time and time zone, and whether credit usage changed. Retry once only after the service is healthy and the job is confirmed failed.
Rates and availability can change. Do not rely on an old screenshot, blog post, or Help article when the current tool displays different information.
