Turn a photo into manga art

Time: 5–10 minutes, excluding generation time.

Prepare the photo

Use a clear image where the intended subject is easy to identify. Crop unrelated people and private background information. Confirm that you have permission to use the photo.

Generate manga art

1. Open Photo to Manga.
2. Upload a format accepted by the current tool.
3. Choose the style, aspect ratio, or other options shown on the page.
4. If a prompt field is available, describe what should remain recognizable and what should change.
5. Review the displayed credit cost or sign-in requirement.
6. Start one generation and wait for the result before resubmitting.

Review the result

Compare face shape, hair, clothing, pose, hands, background, and any visible text with the source. Manga transformation is interpretive and may not preserve exact identity or every small detail.

Use Download only after checking the full-size result. Keep the source and final image separately so you can verify what changed.

Improve a weak result

• Use a sharper, less obstructed source photo.
• Crop closer to the intended subject.
• Remove contradictory style instructions.
• State one clear manga direction instead of combining many named styles.
• For a specific identity requirement, use a full character workflow with reusable references rather than relying on one transformation.
