Managing Projects

How to view, search, and organize your storyboard projects

Managing Projects

Efficiently managing your projects is key to a smooth workflow, especially as your portfolio grows.

Project List View

Viewing Projects

Your dashboard lists all your projects. By default, they are sorted by the most recently updated.

  • Grid View: Shows project thumbnails for quick visual identification.
  • List View: Displays more details like creation date and status in a compact format.

Searching

Use the search bar at the top of the dashboard to find projects by name. The search is real-time and filters the list as you type.

Filtering

(If supported) You can filter projects by:

  • Status: Draft, Completed, Published.
  • Tags: If you have tagged your projects.

Project Details

Clicking on a project card opens it. You can also access a quick menu (three dots icon) on the card to:

  • Rename: Change the project title.
  • Duplicate: Create a copy of the project.
  • Delete: Remove the project (see Deleting Projects).
