Billing, cancellation, and refund information
Review the active subscription in LlamaGen, use the current billing controls, and find the governing policy before requesting a refund.
Open Billing and Plan while signed in to the account that made the purchase. The current billing UI and Terms of Service are the sources of truth for subscription state, cancellation controls, renewal, and refund eligibility.
Review the subscription
- Confirm the account email and sign-in method.
- Open Billing and Plan.
- Check the plan, billing period, renewal state, and available management action.
- Use the cancellation or plan-management control shown for the active subscription.
- Save the confirmation for your records.
Cancellation changes future renewal according to the terms shown in the billing flow. It does not by itself establish refund eligibility for a prior charge.
Request billing help
Provide the account email, order or transaction ID, charge date and time zone, purchased plan, and a concise explanation. Hide full payment card details in screenshots.
Do not promise or assume a refund before Billing Support reviews the transaction and the policy that applies to it.
