How LlamaGen Verifies AI Comic Results
Learn how LlamaGen defines first delivery, revisions, acceptance, timing, cost, limitations, downloadable artifacts, and evidence hashes.
The LlamaGen evidence library is designed to make product claims inspectable. It publishes complete outputs and uncomfortable details—not only the best panel from a run.
Publication standard
A case is published only after the following materials agree:
- Original input — the exact source text or structured plan and its SHA-256 hash.
- Delivery manifest — the expected pages, panels, characters, formats, and download files.
- Review record — explicit pass criteria, first-pass results, revisions, and known defects.
- Full-resolution artifacts — representative images plus the complete PDF or CBZ, not screenshots alone.
- Integrity checks — deterministic checks for counts, dimensions, order, file contents, and hashes.
- Canonical product page — one primary LlamaGen page owns the full claim; Help Center pages summarize and link back to it.
Definitions used across cases
| Term | Meaning |
|---|---|
| First delivery | The first user-facing set of planned units before the case-specific revision stage |
| First-pass acceptance | A planned panel or format-and-beat unit met the disclosed visual and story criteria without regeneration |
| Revision event | One recorded replacement of a generated asset; the affected scope is stated per case |
| Final accepted | The published delivery passed the disclosed review after any recorded revisions |
| Generation elapsed time | Recorded generation workflow time; it does not automatically include uninstrumented human review |
| Cost | Reported only when captured or when clearly labeled as an estimate with a public pricing basis |
| Known defect | A visible limitation retained and disclosed rather than removed from the evidence narrative |

These hashes identify the approved evidence records. The downloadable asset manifests include file-level hashes where available.
Visual review and deterministic checks
Visual review asks whether the required identities, actions, composition, and readable authored text are present. Deterministic scripts cover facts that should not depend on taste: file existence, image dimensions, page order, PDF page count, CBZ contents, frozen hashes, and—when relevant—pixels outside an edit lock.
No separate automated vision-review API was used in these four cases. The exact reviewer description is disclosed on each case page.
Rights and privacy
The first four evidence cases use original fictional source material and original character designs created for controlled evaluation. They are not customer commissions and do not expose private customer projects. Where a result is not based on customer feedback, the page says so directly.
What these cases do not prove
- They do not guarantee the same acceptance rate for every genre, prompt, model, or reference image.
- They do not replace a creator's editorial, legal, or print-production review.
- They do not turn an unmeasured cost or review duration into an estimate presented as fact.
- They do not hide early failures, rejected references, or visible limitations.
- They do not make unpublished or still-preparing evaluations part of the verified set.
Treat each result as evidence for the narrow workflow and criteria described on that page. Compare the source, full delivery, metrics, and limitations before deciding whether it supports your use case.
Inspect the cases
- From a 2,150-word script to a 12-page comic
- One-panel revision proof
- Eight-character consistency across 40 panels
